1Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the tk66 platform and all services operated under it. Using tk66's website, mobile application, or any related service means you fully agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any of the Terms, you are asked to stop using the platform.

2Account Registration

To open an account on tk66, users must provide accurate and up-to-date information. The name, mobile number, date of birth, and other personal details given at registration must be true and correct. An account created with false or misleading information may be closed at any time.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating more than one account from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is broken, all associated accounts and the balances in them may be confiscated.

2.2 Identity Verification

tk66 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other applicable document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping the account password and login details secure is entirely the user's responsibility. Passwords should not be shared with any third party. Any unauthorised access must be reported to the support team immediately.

3Eligibility and Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to use any of tk66's services. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform. If an age discrepancy is found during verification, the account will be cancelled and any related transactions will also be considered void.

Users must confirm that using this type of online entertainment service is legal under the laws of their country or region. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their own region.

4User Code of Conduct

While using the tk66 platform, every user must follow the rules below:

• Treat other users with respect.
• Exploiting any technical flaw in the platform to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

5Bonuses and Promotions

tk66's welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.

5.1 Bonus Example

For example — if a user deposits ৳1,000, a 150% bonus of ৳1,500 is added and the total balance becomes ৳2,500. To make a withdrawal in that case, a wager of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• A bonus may only be used in designated game categories.
• An account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• The conditions must be met within the specified time limit after the bonus is received.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.

Weekly cashback for VIP members is given as a fixed percentage of net losses. Example: a Gold-tier member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.

6Payments and Transactions

All financial transactions on tk66 are handled through payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh. Both deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

6.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally processed quickly. The details provided at the time of deposit must match the information registered on the account. Payments in a third party's name are not accepted.

6.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. If verification has not been done, it may take additional time.

6.3 Transaction Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• tk66 reserves the right to suspend or cancel suspicious transactions.
• If money laundering is suspected, there is an obligation to provide information to the relevant authorities.
• If the wagering requirement on a bonus has not been met, that portion cannot be withdrawn.

7Security and Privacy

10Intellectual Property
